The article represents the results of sociological research conducted in 2005–2008 at Russian military training schools. The statistics of military discipline violations and types of the cadets' deviant activities were analyzed. On the base of the investigation results general conclusions were drawn and possible ways of prophylaxis of deviant activities were designated.
